I hold an undergraduate degree from John Carroll University, completed studies toward a Master's degree at New York University and am an accredited stager, with certification from the Haverhill Institute of Staging & Design. I have personally fixed and flipped with hard money, have sold many REO's, ran ARV's and completed BPO's, so I know what investors are up against. I take ongoing professional continuing education courses (both as a requirement for my license, and to follow personal real estate interests) in order to stay current on the constantly changing laws and requirements of the real estate business, all for the benefit of my clients.
